| Garys Deli | I'm a native New Yorker, the epicenter of bagels. I first came to Gary's Deli in winter when I was working from Amsterdam for a few weeks and needed a good place to work with wi-fi, good food, great coffee and a nice relaxed atmosphere. I have since moved to Amsterdam where I work from home and Gary's Deli is a regular place I go. The bagels are fresh and there is a great assortment of toppings. I particularly like the warm bagels: mozzarella and tomato with pesto is fantastic. The coffee is very good and their yogurt shakes are also a perfect mid-day snack...especially on a hot/humid afternoon. The staff is very pleasant, the music is good, there are power plugs to plus in your computer and ample natural light. A great seating area outside as well! Whether a weekend breakfast and coffee or a mid-day work spot, Gary's is a reliable and friendly place for eats and drinks! |
